🔑 Walkthrough & Key Handover:

 

We will schedule a walkthrough with you to inspect the property and hand over the keys. This walkthrough typically takes 30–60 minutes. During this time, we’ll go through the condition of the property together and document everything thoroughly.

Please note: when there are back-to-back turnovers, some issues may still exist at move-in. That’s completely normal, and we will address anything necessary. If anything needs repair, you can submit a maintenance request through the Resident Portal.

 

📋 Move-In Inspection Report

 

After the walkthrough, you’ll receive an inspection report for review, along with a link to all the pictures taken during the walkthrough.

  • Please sign the report as soon as possible.
  • You may report any functional issues not documented during the walkthrough within 7 days of move-in.
  • Cosmetic conditions (walls, ceilings, floors, doors, etc.) will be considered final after move-in and cannot be updated afterward.

 

💡 Utilities & Internet

 

Please remember to transfer utility accounts (e.g., electricity, gas, if applicable) into your name by move-in date. You are also responsible for setting up internet or cable service if needed.

 

💳 Rent Payments

 

Please pay your rent and any applicable charges through the Resident Portal.
We highly recommend setting up Autopay to ensure timely payments and avoid late fees.

 

🛡️ Renter’s Insurance

 

As stated in your lease, you are required to maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000 throughout your tenancy. It protects your personal belongings and may also cover temporary housing costs in case of unexpected events like water damage. If you already have a policy, please ensure your policy information is updated in the Resident Portal. If you still need to purchase coverage, you may do so through any major provider or directly through the Resident Portal via MSI.
