As part of the leasing process, a broker fee is charged when a new tenant signs a lease for your property. This fee is paid directly to our affiliated brokerage, Fathom Realty, and is due at lease signing.

 

🏢 Who Receives the Broker Fee?

ConnectAll Property Management is affiliated with Fathom Realty LLC.
All broker fees are paid to Fathom Realty, not ConnectAll PM or any individual property manager or agent.

💡 Note: ConnectAll PM does not control the broker fee amount. In most cases, the broker fee equals one month’s rent, unless otherwise discussed.

 

💳 Payment Methods

Fathom Realty accepts two forms of payment:

Option 1: Check

    • Make the check payable to: Fathom Realty
    • Memo line: Include the rental property address
    • Do not issue checks to ConnectAll PM or any individual agent
