* This is a one-time fee per unit, which includes account establishment with our company, property condition inspection costs, and tenant notification expenses related to our property management services.
We provide a sliding-scale discount on the monthly management fee, which is determined by the total number of units in single-family residences, townhomes, or condominiums.

  • 1 Unit – 10% of Monthly Gross Rent
  • 2 – 5 Units – 9% of Monthly Gross Rent
  • 6 – 20 Units – 8% of Monthly Gross Rent
